​Refund policy:
up to June 4th (inclusive): Full refund.
up to July 4th (inclusive): 50% refund.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of the date of the email, by direct bank transfer to the account used for the initial payment.
Please note that bank charges will be covered by the applicant.

Couple registrations:
In the case of a registration as a couple, if one of the parties cancels, both registrations will automatically be cancelled. 
However, if this situation arises, the other party may be granted a reasonable period of time to find a suitable replacement accepted by the organization.
If a suitable replacement cannot be found in time, both registrations will be cancelled and the above-mentioned refund policy will be applied to both.
